Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Bridal Parlour is a Bride Focused, Private Experience boutique hosting one bride at a time.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes life happens, and you are unable to make your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice. This can be done by phone or on your appointment page in your Virtual Look Book.

Our Policy:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-show to your appointment will result in fee of $25. A No-Show is determined when you have not arrived or called us within 15 minutes of your appointment start time.

• We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

• Sometimes you find your gown at another shop under the 24-hour allotted period. That is perfectly fine! Simply call us and let us know prior to your appointment. No cancellation or no-show fee will be applied.
